Perfect for Holiday Accommodation Orchid Sands is a quality, ultra-modern, spacious, master-built home comprising three levels and featuring four bedrooms, two lounge rooms, two bathrooms and three toilets.  The house is beautifully furnished, featuring timber floors throughout and tiled wet areas.  An automatic generator and inverter supply 24 hour lighting.  There is magnificent Fraser Island bore water on tap and an automatic watering system. 

Orchid Sands is fully screened with top quality verticals and venetians in all bedrooms.  The house has been double insulated for noise and climate control and has ceiling fans.  Fourteen people in family groups (or eleven singles) can be accommodated.  Other features are a dishwasher, well-equipped kitchen, DVD player and Hi-Fi system.  Guests have the option of the use of a house telephone and fax machine. 

Orchid Sands is on a large, fully fenced, level block suitable for boats.  There is a covered outdoor barbecue area, and a sink and bench area as well for cleaning fish.  Covered parking is provided for two vehicles.  Situated in a beautiful, bush setting, Orchid Sands is within walking distance to the beach, general store, SES and Rural Fire Brigade shed and the airstrip.  A shed (which sleeps six) is attached to Orchid Sands and is available for rental in conjunction with the house, in order to cater for larger parties.
